We have so many ways at Trinity to meet new friends and belong to a group of children your own age who are growing in their faith!  Join a small group or visit a new class or Bible study!  It's an easy way to meet new people and develop a deeper relationship with Christ at the same time.  

There are many small groups, classes and studies for children and adults, and we invite you to try one out!  If you are new to Trinity, haven't been very involved or are just looking for something new to help you grow in your faith, check out our web pages for all of the activities available for you and your family.  If you are looking for a place to "plug-in," we always need leaders and helpers in our ministry to children--give us a call, and we can help you get set up helping others grow in their faith while you grow in yours!

Choir/Faith Finders: From September through April, you can be a part of our Sunday night ministry where faith, fun and fellowship are all part of what we we offer our children at Trinity. This is a wonderful opportunity for children to connect with others their own age as they grow in their faith. In Faith Finders, children will become “Agents in Action” as they seek to learn more about God and develop skills that will help them meet the challenges they face and make good choices in today’s world. Woven throughout our lessons is the love God has for His children, and how that love is the motivation for the courageous and compassionate ways He wants us to live and be His disciple in this world!  In choir, children come together to share their voices and praise for God with an hour of singing and fellowship and prepare for a year end musical production. 

Choir and Faith Finders is for children who are 3 years old by September 1, 2008 through the 5th grade. Choir meets from 4:30-5:30.   Children are escorted to Wesley Hall at 5:30 for our opening Faith Focus and then we break out into our small groups until 6:30 p.m.  Join us on any Sunday night that we are meeting and be a part of the fun!  Check the children's calendar by clicking on the icon below to find out which dates we meet.

Summer Adventure 2008.  Over 300 children participated this year in our Beach Party where we surfed through the scriptures and rode the gigantic wave of God's love!  More than 150 youth and adults came out to share their love for Jesus with the children in many different areas--crafts, the Undersea Lab, hospitality and snacks areas and as "lifeguards".  Our children raised nearly $1200 in our Kids for Kids project of providing goats for families in Darfur in the Sudan.  Each family receives 6 goats to raise for 2 years, and then passes on the prosperity by giving the goats and offspring to other families.  They also brought in enough food and packaged kits for 200 meals for our Meals to Grow program which benefits a local community school for lower income families in need of food over the weekend.  These kits are slipped into the backpacks of children needing assistance so they are assured of healthy meals over the weekend.  Thanks to everyone who made our week "overflow" with love for God and for one another and for our service to the community and the world as disciples of Jesus Christ, who made a difference!

Third Grade Bible Adventure  August 23, 2008 Congratulations to our 2008 Bible Recipients!  We had a wonderful time on Saturday at Bible Adventure Day learning to use our new Bibles and a special thanks to our leaders: Lee Horton, Tom Able, Sam Sullins and Lowell Zoller!

SAVE THE DATE:                                                                       Fall Carnival is on Sunday, October 26!  Start your evening with a music concert featuring cool, seasonal tunes and don your favorite costume for lots of candy at Trunk or Treat in the front parking lot where you'll also enjoy good food.  Following the outside activities, we'll move indoors for carnival games, inflatable fun and lots of fellowship!  Check the website for more information and times!

Old-Fashioned Family Christmas is Sunday, November 30!  Start in Wesley Hall at 4:30 with the Fabulous Feast of Finger Foods--bring a dish or two to share with others and enjoy fellowship while kicking off the Christmas season on the First Sunday in Advent.
