YOGA FOR EVERYONE

Wednesday nights, June 4 - July 23 at 6:00 p.m., in the New Room
Yoga increases functional strength, flexibility, and balance with
this mind-body discipline. Each session offers a variety of simple
and challenging poses that benefit beginners and experienced
practitioners alike. followed by a brief deep relaxation at the
end of class. For these eight sessions the fee is $75(approx. $9 a session).

TEACH US TO PRAY: THE LORD'S PRAYER

Noting that John the Baptist had taught his disciples how to
pray, a disciple asked Jesus to teach them to pray. Jesus' response
was the "Lord's Prayer." Is there one way to pray? Is one prayer
sufficient? Is the prayer used in worship services the one that
Jesus gave to his disciples? What does the Lord's Prayer really
say? Don't miss this informative and intriguing presentation and
discussion.

session, Ken will cover how to effectively plant and prune
your shrubs and bushes, and problems associated with insects
