6.29.25 LIVING THE COVENANT: The Anchor of Faith
1 Thessalonians 5:12–24; 1 Timothy 6:11–19
Dear Trinity Family & Friends,
Storms will come. Culture will shift. Life will stretch us in unexpected ways. So what keeps us grounded? This week in our Living the Covenant series, we turn our attention to a sermon entitled: “The Anchor of Faith.”
In his letters to the Thessalonians and Timothy, Paul urges believers to hold on to what is good, live with integrity, and remain faithful in the face of pressure. Covenant faith is not simply belief—it’s a life anchored in hope, rooted in love, and strengthened by daily obedience.
Paul’s pastoral letters are filled with practical wisdom: encourage one another, be patient, pray constantly, and never grow tired of doing what is right. In a world that often rewards shortcuts and speed, covenant people are called to steady, resilient faith.
Whether you’re navigating personal storms or simply seeking a stronger foundation, this week is an invitation to rediscover what holds us fast.
