MEALS ON WHEELS DRIVERS NEEDED

Looking for two regular drivers to deliver lunch for the homebound! It’s one day a month: one round is the 1st Thursday, the other is the 2nd Thursday. It’s a great way to get involved. Interested? Contact Joy Suttles.


UMCOR CHRISTMAS SHOEBOXES: Spread Joy This Christmas . June 7 - July 31

Trinity is teaming with the United Methodist Disaster Warehouse to provide Christmas Shoeboxes to children in Central America and the Caribbean. Your shoebox gifts make a lasting impact and bring joy, hope, and the message of Christ each year! Trinity’s goal this year is 225 boxes. Starting June 7 pick up your box and guidelines in the main office or at the lobby Information Stations. You can also find guidelines HERE. Be part of a mission to pack joy and hope this Christmas!


STEP UP TO THE PLATE AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE FOR 8T STREET COMMUNITY!

A great opportunity for a Sunday school class, small group, or friends to serve together. The bonus? You’ll enjoy a fun night at the ballpark. Volunteer to work the concession stand at a Rocket City Trash Pandas game, with all proceeds supporting 8th Street Community. We need 5–6 volunteers for each of the following dates: June 5, June 16, August 4, and August 20. Interested? Contact Tim McCollum to sign up or learn more.


FIRST STOP BREAKFAST

First Stop provides a path from homelessness to independent, sustainable living. You can help by preparing and/or serving breakfast every 3rd Monday and 1st Wednesday of the month.Sign up to help with breakfast on Trinity days:


FOOD FOR THOUGHT MONTHLY COLLECTION . Trinity Lobby Bins Throughout the Month

Let's fill the bins! This is a list of most requested items: cereal, peanut butter, canned tuna, chicken, rice, pasta, spaghetti sauce, mac & cheese, soup, & crackers. Please, no glass containers.


VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR ST. PAUL UNITED METHODIST CHURCH FOOD PANTRY

St. Paul’s is one of the food pantries that receive our monthly Food for Thought collections and they are seeking helping hands! Volunteers are needed to distribute groceries and answer phone calls from clients on Mondays and Wednesdays between 9 –11:30 am. If you feel called to serve or would like more information, please contact Delana Burdette.
