Food For Thought Collection Sunday | In Person & Drive Thru | August 1

Susan Hively • July 23, 2021

Our next FFT collection will be August 1. Thanks to all of you who have responded to God’s call to feed the hungry. Acts of service are not always dramatic; simple caring is all that is needed. When we feed those with empty stomachs, they are also filled with our outpouring of God’s love. Thank you for showing your compassion, sharing your abundance, and allowing God to work through you in this gesture of love. The bins will be in place throughout the church to accept your donations. There will also be a drive-through collection from 1 – 3 pm at the blue awning.

The August collection will go to Safe Harbor and Share House. The items they have requested are:

Pop Tarts

Coffee / Tea / Kool-aid
Small bags of Sugar, Flour, Cornmeal Assorted condiments—ketchup, barbecue sauce, mustard, mayo, salad dressing, vinegar, etc.
